國科會計畫
廖書漢博士民國104年2月進入資策會系統所,期間榮獲財團法人資訊工業策進會103年度標竿獎項最佳論文、2015第十四屆NI應用徵文競賽RF通訊系統與測試組第一名(得獎作品:同頻同時全雙工干擾消除技術)、2017指導DIGI+Talent跨域數位人才加速躍升計畫預研生榮獲二星大賞、2022 指導資策會預研生榮獲DIGI+ X TCA 全球數位新星大賞第二名,由數發部唐鳳部長親自頒獎、擔任經濟部工業局計畫主持人(擔任近千萬級計畫主持人)期間榮獲計畫110年度執行工業局綱要計畫獲評為「績優計畫」。
廖博士在任職資策會於研究方面,目前已經發表多篇文章於新電子科技雜誌、新通訊元件雜誌、台灣電路板協會電路板季刊…等雜誌,並獲得美國/台灣發明專利共八件,研究成果卓越,且在獨立研究之能力上均有卓越表現,也受邀至成功大學、政治大學、上市公司、社團法人新竹市企業經理協進會、2019年全國大專校院智慧創新暨跨域整合創作競賽訓練營…等單位進行專題演講,同時也獲邀擔任DIGI+Talent 數位網路學院、資策會教研所…等講師。
此外廖博士曾擔任台大電機系從民國106年起開授「物聯網導論」課程業界講師迄今,經過三年在台大電機系開授「物聯網導論」課程的實作教材精華彙集成書,由台大出版中心出版,書名為《物聯網ABC》,廖博士也為此書共同作者之一。
隨後廖書漢博士在民國111年9月進入淡江大學電機系暨智慧自動化與機器人中心資訊長,目前主持多項計畫包含科技部人工智慧物聯網應用於睡眠呼吸音辨識與居家照護計畫、教育部行動通訊專業核心課程改進及推廣計畫、經濟部工業局數位製造管理加值計畫-碳盤查應用服務計畫、經濟部工業局112年度模具製造應用轉型升級計畫碳盤查加值應用計畫、金屬工業研究發中心結合大數據分析自動監控建立可視化數據管理平台計畫、資策會消費性電子業者終端產品諮詢趨勢分析報告書計畫、科技部結合穿戴與臨床大數據建構睡眠呼吸健康照護模式計畫、科技部人工智慧禽畜物聯網屠宰衛生檢查系統之研究開發計畫。
廖博士的學術專長在無線通訊系統、物聯網應用系統、5G/B5G與下世代通訊(6G)技術與應用、前瞻智慧家庭發展與實作、創新新興科技應用、智慧醫療、ESG,截至目前為止已經發表國際期刊論文、國際會議論文、國內外專利、標準提案、國內雜誌等著作,共超過九十篇以上。
也獲邀擔任國際知名期刊的審查委員、碩士論文口試委員、國際會議議程委員,曾榮獲母校校內優秀青年、大專優秀青年,目前為中華民國斐陶斐榮譽學會榮譽會員、新竹企經會雲端通訊服務委員會主任委員、行政院環保署ESG環境面指標工作專家諮詢委員、內政部建研所專家諮詢委員。
